Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) to guide you around the Bragadoo community. If you're not able to find the answers you need, contact us and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

Simply complete the quick sign up form and then you can hire bragworthy Service Pros, invite your friends, brag about your favorite pros - or get hired and do great work.

From the my bragadoo page, select friends and then click on the invite friends. Then invite your friends, family and neighbors to become part of the Bragadoo community.

You brag about your favorite Service Pros to invite them to join. Select the bragabout tab, enter their information and brag about their great work. They will receive your brag, along with an invitation to become part of the Bragadoo community.

You can select the bragabout tab and enter their information, along with a brag. Or from their profile page, select the bragabout button and submit a brag. Either way, they will receive your brag and once they accept it, it will be posted on their profile.

You can search by name (individual or company), service category, or area (zip, city name, or state). The search box is available on every page so it's convenient for you to search from anywhere within the Bragadoo site. Note: The "near" information automatically defaults to search the area within "25" mile radius around the zip code in your profile. You can type over the default zip to change the area you want to search.

The search radius defaults to search the area within a "25" mile radius around the zip code in your profile. To change or expand it, simply select a different radius above the search results or select "all" to search the entire Bragadoo community.

Search results on based on brags - and your relationship to the people who do the bragging. Service Pros with brags from you and your Bragadoo friends will be first, followed by Service Pros with brags from anyone in the Bragadoo community, and finally you'll find Service Pros without any brags.

Enter their name in the search box. And if they aren't within a "25" mile radius of your zip code, replace the zip in the "near" box with their zip - or clear it so it searches the entire Bragadoo community. Note: The "near" information automatically defaults to search the area within "25" mile radius around the zip code in your profile. You can type over the default zip to change the area you want to search.

Click on "Get Hired" and complete the service provider profile. Don't sell yourself short. A comprehensive profile will help generate business for you. And don't forget to request brags - Bragadoo users will be looking for Pros that people brag about!

From your get hired page, select marketing and then request brags. It's important to request brags from your best customers. They're your biggest fans and will be happy to support your great work with a brag.

A brag represents your endorsement, support, recommendation of the Service Pros that you choose to brag about. It's your seal of approval for the work that a provider has done for you. And it tells the rest of the community that they are a bragworthy hire.

If you would like to remove a brag that you've previously submitted for a Service Pro, go to your my bragadoo page. Click on my bragabouts. Select the Service Pro's profile and click on remove brag.

The most common reason is that the Service Pro signed up using a different email address than the one you sent the brag to. To add the brag, select the "bragabout" button on the Service Pro's profile.

Select the my bragadoo tab, click on profile and then use the edit links to update the content in your profile.

Select the forgot password link on the log-in page. Your password will be sent to the email address that you have registered with Bragadoo.

We promise to never charge our members or Service Pros to be part of the Bragadoo community.

Absolutely not. We take communications with you and your friends very seriously. We also provide options to set mailing preferences - they can be managed within your my bragadoo page.

Bragadoo offers a package to Service Pros with added features to help manage and grow their business. For a low monthly fee, Service Pros can upgrade to enjoy these valuable tools. The upgrade does not impact search rankings or brags. That would be a major contradiction to the Bragadoo Promise.
